At Bayo Bag, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your bag, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, contact us at h1686668@163.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
